BackThe promise

Three guaranteesIn every contract

Everybody on the floor.
Nobody against the wall.

Most of this industry sells you a promise about the room. We make three about the people in it, and we put all three in writing.

The promise, on the floor

Every party has somebody standing at the edge of it. Usually more than one.

The kid who doesn't know anybody. The cousin in from out of town. At a company party, the table who came because they had to.

Everyone in this business promises a packed dance floor. That's a promise about the room — and it can be completely true while the one person you actually care about spends the night on their phone by the coats.

So we made three promises about specific people instead, and wrote them into the contract where you can hold us to them.

Guarantee 01 — staffing

The MC you meet is the MC who shows up.

By name, printed in your contract. Not "a member of our team." Not "an MC of equal calibre." The person you sat with, whose name your kid already knows.

If it has to change

You hear it from us first, in writing and in advance — never on the night, and never discovered by you on the day. We talk it through and agree the replacement together before anything is confirmed.

What the contract says
The term
Your MC is named in the signed agreement. Any change is discussed with you in advance and agreed in writing. Genuine emergencies still mean a call to you, not a silent substitution.
Why it exists
Because the open secret in this industry is that you meet a salesperson and you get a stranger. Families find out on the night, when there is nothing to be done about it. Nobody should discover who is running their child's day at seven o'clock that evening.
What it costs us
Flexibility. We can't move people around to suit our week, which means we book fewer events than we could. That's the trade.
Guarantee 02 — the floor

Somebody is watching the edges of the room all night.

One person, named in your contract alongside the MC, whose whole job is the perimeter. The shy one. The one who came alone. The one who has been sitting down for twenty minutes.

If we don't

If we arrive without the person named for this role, you don't pay for it — and you'll know before the first dance, because we'll tell you rather than hope you don't notice.

What the contract says
The term
A named motivational dancer, assigned to this role and no other, present for the full duration of the party. They are not doubling as your host or an extra pair of hands at the booth.
How it works
They start from the intel we gather in the Kid Session — who's quiet, who's new, who fell out with whom last month. Then they work outward from the walls, one person at a time, all night.
Why it exists
Because a full dance floor and a kid having a bad night are not mutually exclusive, and only one of those things gets photographed. This is the promise the whole company is built on.
What it costs us
One extra person on every event, doing a job that will never appear in a highlight reel. It's the reason parents call us the following Monday.
Guarantee 03 — the client

Two calls with your kid. Not with you.

The whole point of the day is that they are becoming responsible for themselves. So we treat them as the client and build the night with them, not around them.

If we don't

Both sessions happen before your event or we refund the planning portion of your package. They are scheduled at booking, not squeezed in the week before.

What the contract says
The term
Two recorded calls with the guest of honour. They receive a one-page creative direction sheet with their name on it, and a copy goes to you.
Call one
Their music. Their veto list — songs we will never play, all night, no exceptions, and they control it. What they want the room to feel like when they walk in.
Call two
Their crowd. Who dances, who won't, who's new to the group, who needs pulling in and who needs leaving alone. This is what Guarantee 02 runs on.
Why it exists
Because a thirteen-year-old can tell the difference between a party thrown for them and a party thrown at them, and so can every guest in the room.

The other half of honest

And four things we won't promise you.

A guarantee is only worth reading if the person making it also tells you where it stops.

  • That we'll be the cheapest quote you get. We won't be. Mitzvah packages start at $6,500 and most families land between $8,900 and $18,000. If price is the deciding factor, there are good people who cost less and we'll point you at them.
  • That every song will land. A track that owned the floor last Saturday can die on this one. Reading that in real time is the actual craft — but no honest person guarantees a reaction.
  • That we'll hold your date without a deposit. Holding a Saturday for free isn't fair to the next family asking for it. We'll tell you if someone else is circling.
  • That we'll take every event. Wrong scale, wrong energy, wrong room — we'll say so on the first call rather than take the booking and hope.

Three promises. All of them enforceable.
None of them optional.

All of it is in the contract before you sign, not discovered afterwards. That's the idea.
