The films
Every film here belongs to a named guest of honour in a named room, with the headcount it actually had. If you're weighing up a venue, there's a fair chance you can watch a night in it.
The venue library
Every room is a different problem. A theatre has a fixed stage and a rake. A country club ballroom has a low ceiling and a lot of soft furnishing eating your top end. A converted bowling alley has neither and a load-in you have to think about. We've solved these particular ones already.
Then it goes on it. We contact the venue directly about dock access, power, ceiling rigging, sound limits and curfew, and we walk the room before your date — you are never the go-between between us and your venue. Tell us where it is and we'll tell you honestly what that room does well and what it fights.
