It's your name
on the party.

Not the company's. Whoever signed the contract is the one people find in the lobby afterwards — and there are only two outcomes: nobody talks about it, or everybody does. We are hired by the person who cannot afford the first one.

Holiday season books September to October

The brief nobody writes down

Hand it over at the door.

You booked it, so you should get to be a guest at it. Five things make that possible.

01

A floor that fills without anyone being put on the spot

Why this matters

Adults join in when there is a reason to, not when there is a spotlight on them. We open with something the whole room can step into at once, and build from there — so the floor fills together rather than waiting for somebody brave to go first.

02

A programme that runs to the minute

Why this matters

Awards, speeches, a video that has to play, an executive holding a live microphone. We run all of it from a cue sheet built with you and tested in the actual room before a single guest arrives — every mic live, every file loaded, every name in order.

03

Conversation at the tables, a full floor twenty feet away

Why this matters

We design and zone the sound for the room you actually booked, so people can still hear each other over dinner while the floor is genuinely going a few tables away. Both things at once is the whole skill.

04

Every group in the room gets a stretch that belongs to them

Why this matters

Twenty-somethings and sixty-somethings, head office and the warehouse team, and on a family day everybody's kids. We build the night in stretches so each of them gets a window that is theirs, and nobody spends the evening waiting for their turn.

05

It lands, and the room leaves on a high

Why this matters

The last twenty minutes are what people describe on Monday morning. We land the night deliberately on the note you want it to end on, and the strike happens quietly while your guests are still saying goodbye.

One night, start to finish

Daylight when it starts. Fire by ten.

That is the room in the still, hours in. Press play for the arc that got it there — the lanterns going on, the vocalist, the fire, the floor at full. Nothing here is stock and nobody in it is an actor.

A private social event. Filmed on the night, cut by our team.

What we run

Six kinds of night. One standard.

A holiday party and an awards gala are not the same job. We plan each one around what makes it work.

November – January

Holiday parties

The one everybody has an opinion about the next morning. We warm the room in the first forty minutes so it is going long before ten o'clock.

Spring – Summer

Summer outings & family days

Daylight, outdoors, kids and colleagues in the same field. Its own sound design, its own energy curve, and nobody has to dress up.

Year round

Awards nights & galas

The program is the point and the party is the reward. Timed to the minute so the room is still with you at the last award, and released properly the second it's over.

Year round

Product launches & brand activations

Your brand on the wall, in the room and on the floor. Staging, LED, content and a host who can carry a message without sounding like an advert.

Conference season

Receptions & afterparties

The part of the conference people actually remember. Built to run late, in a shared venue, inside whatever load-in window the schedule allows.

Year round

Milestones & private social

Big birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, engagement parties. A private guest list, real emotion in the room, and family dynamics handled with care.

 Last-minute changes · still handled

It’s 8:06 AM and the speaker just cancelled.

Thursday, 8:06am
Our keynote had an emergency and can’t make it today. I know this is extremely last minute. Is there anything we can do?
8:09am
Yes. Give us a little time — we’ll look at the options and restructure the programme so it doesn’t read to your guests as a last-minute change.
9:02am
Programme adjusted and a replacement option ready for you. We’ll coordinate the details from here — you focus on getting people in the room.

The best plan B is the one your guests never notice.

We do not publish clients’ names.

What can go in the room

Big stage energy, at your event.

The same production and attention to detail we build for a four-hundred-guest celebration — we bring that same energy to our intimate events.

"So professional, talented, and my guests complimented the entire team all night."

"Absolutely magnificent — the DJ, the dancers, your whole team are all top tier. You brought amazing energy and professionalism, and made our party a party."

The boring things that decide it

Your procurement team has five questions. Here they are.

Answered up front, so nothing waits on us.

Insurance

General liability carried at $1M–$2M. A certificate naming both your venue and your company as additional insured, sent directly to whoever needs it.

Vendor setup

W-9, signed vendor agreement and any supplier forms your finance team needs, back within 24 hours of you asking — not promised, returned.

Contract & deposit

A written contract with your named MC, your date, your load-in window and the full scope in it. 25–50% holds the date, depending how close it is.

Invoicing

Invoiced to your entity with a PO reference if you use them. Payment terms are set out in your contract in full, before you sign anything.

Venue coordination

We speak to your venue directly about dock access, power, ceiling rigging, sound limits and curfew, and we tell you what they said. You are not the go-between.

Questions

The ones event planners actually ask.

How far ahead do we need to book a holiday party?

Company holiday parties are booked in September and October for December dates, and the first two weekends of December go first every year. If your date is set, it is not too early — and if it isn't set yet, tell us the week you're aiming at and we'll tell you which dates are still open.

Can you work to our run of show?

Yes, and we'd rather you send us a bad first draft than a polished one. We'll turn it into a cue sheet with music, microphone hand-offs and timings against every item, send it back for approval, and run the night from it.

Our venue has union rules and a tight load-in window.

Common, and it's ours to manage. We contact the venue directly, work to their dock times and labour rules, and size the production to the window that actually exists rather than the one we'd prefer.

We need it loud enough to be fun and quiet enough to talk.

That's a design problem and we solve it deliberately — sound zoned so the dance floor, the dinner tables and the bar run separately. It is the single most common complaint about corporate parties and almost nobody plans for it.

Do you travel?

Yes. NJ, NY and PA are home; we regularly work FL and out of state, and we've run destination events. Travel and accommodation are quoted transparently as a line on the proposal rather than buried in the rate.

Can you brand the room?

Yes — logo and content on the LED wall, custom monogram, colour-matched lighting and set. Send us your brand guidelines and we'll build to them rather than approximating your blue.

How quickly can you get through our vendor onboarding?

W-9 and vendor forms come back within 24 hours of you asking, and the insurance certificate goes straight to your venue naming both them and your company. This is the step that normally stalls a booking for three weeks — it does not stall here.

What if the MC we meet isn't the one who shows up?

He will be. The MC is named in your contract and we don't substitute without your written approval. In this industry you usually meet a salesperson and get a stranger — that isn't how we work.

One email, 24 hours

Tell us your date.

We'll come back within 24 hours with a real proposal and a real number — not a callback request, and not a range that moves once you've committed.

  • A real person, not an auto-reply
  • No discovery call before you get a number
  • Insurance and vendor forms back the same day
